Launched back in 2022, Samsung's Self-Repair program expanded its reach to a number of European countries earlier this year, as well as to South Korea and Brazil. Now the smartphone maker has announced that the program is expanding to more countries in Europe and that it's adding a host of new devices to the list, including foldables for the first time. That's right, Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 with broken displays and more can now be repaired without sending them away.

New Models Added To The List

Whether its a broken display, cracked rear panel, or issues with the charging port, control buttons, SIM tray, or even the speaker, those with eligible Galaxy smartphones or tablets will be able to access a self-repair kit to fix the problem. Those with laptop issues will be able to repair the front and rear case, display, battery, touchpad, power key with fingerprint reader, rubber feet, fan, and speakers by themselves with the appropriate repair kit. It's a pretty comprehensive list of replacement parts for the Galaxy Book series of laptops, leaving only the keyboard, hard drive, and motherboard that need to be replaced by a technician.

Expanding To More Countries
