[Leak] DROID 4 specs revealed

The DROID 4 came out of nowhere about a month ago. We wondered if it would really get released so soon since each one was released 10 to 12 months apart. Then we saw it hit Verizon databases, so it seems as though its going to happen sooner rather than later.

So what are the specs? The leaked spec sheet (above) tells us it will have a 4-inch screen (most likely Super AMOLED), a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 8MP rear camera, front camera, and 4G LTE. No surprises here except for maybe a tool to open the back cover for inserting the microSD card and a microSIM card. Also, don't expect it to be as thin as the RAZR as it will be just under 13mm.
