Echo Ability Transform into Tempest Mephis to perform tail swing attacks followed by a claw attack. The lightning strike summoned by the tail swing deals 59%* Electro DMG each time, while the claw attack deals 158%* Electro DMG. After the claw hit, increase the current character’s Electro DMG by 12% and Heavy Attack DMG by 12% for 15 seconds. Skill Cooldown: 25 seconds

NOTE: You can equip up to five Echoes on a Resonator as long as they meet your current Cost limit, but they can only use the Echo Ability of the Echo they have equipped on their 1st slot. Your Echoes' Cost limit, drop rate, and class are all determined by your Data Bank's Terminal Level.
