Motorola Droid 3 launching July 14th, direct fill starts July 7th 4

We reported last week that it was possible that the Droid 3 would launch on July 14th because of a leaked image of the Best Buy inventory screen.

Well it looks like this is going to hold. It will first become available via direct fill starting next Thursday, July 7th, and the full retail launch will be July 14th. There is still not been an official announcement from Verizon or Motorola, but expect that soon. Pricing will be made available then. I will be shocked if it isn't $199 with a 2-year contract.

Droid 3 specs include a QWERTY 5-row keyboard, dual-core processor, 1080P recording, front and back cameras, and 16GB internal storage.
