Gameloft no longer avoiding the Android Market 5

For years Gameloft has avoided the Android Market by making games available on their own site, and when the Amazon Appstore opened, Gameloft's Chief Executive, Michel Guillemot said the following:

“The Amazon ecosystem is controlled where we don't find too many pirated versions of our games or malware games, so for the consumers, it will be a safer place to come and get applications.”

We have seen releases like Modern Warfare 2  and Asphalt 6 released in the Android Market and now N.O.V.A. 2 HD and Order & Chaos Online have been released. It seems as though the Android Market is not looking so bad right now and why isn't anything appearing on Amazon? Amazon only has Asphalt HD.

In the end it doesn't matter. As long as they are available somewhere is all that matters.
