Samsung has been doing great things with its line-up of Galaxy Buds with the latest incarnation called the Galaxy Buds Live that looks like a couple of beans. They are perfect for the gym, commuting to work, and running in the outdoors, right? Well, perhaps not, some users are reporting that they are experiencing issues when the buds are used in direct sunlight whereby they start beeping and stop working. Worryingly, the issue is affecting three generations of the Galaxy Buds, so if this has happened to your pair, you are most definitely not alone.
According to the Samsung Community Forums, users have reported that after the beeping begins, the only way to make the Galaxy Buds, Buds+, and Buds Live operable again is to remove them and let them cool down out of the sun. The reports say that the beeping begins in temperatures ranging from 90-100°F. While there are a number of users reporting that they've experienced the overheating issue, it doesn't appear to be all that common although there will be people that had the problem but not known what caused it.
So the question is, have you experienced the overheating problem with your pair of Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, or the new Galaxy Buds Live? Let us know in the comments below and remember to post your experience on the Samsung Community Forum.
