LG’s affordable K Series of smartphones feature hole-punch displays, quad rear cameras, and MIL-STD 810G certification

MWC 2020 might have been canceled but that doesn't mean that there isn't a ton of handsets waiting to be announced. LG is first out of the gate with its new 2020 K-series of range of affordable smartphones with premium features such as punch-hole displays, slim bezels, quad rear-camera setups, and big 4,000mAh batteries. We've got the details on the K61, K51S, and K41S for you after the break.

All of LG's 2020 K-series smartphones are powered by unspecified Octa-core processors and feature a 6.5-inch FullVision display, 4,000mAh battery, DTS:X 3D Surround Sound, a dedicated Google Assistant button, as well as MIL-STD 810G certification.

“The key value propositions of LG’s K series are advanced technologies and competitive pricing,” said Chang Ma, senior vice president of the product strategy group at LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. “We believe the K series will be the most competitive smartphones in its category offering features consumers really appreciate.”

While LG hasn't announced pricing for the 2020 K-series, the handset maker has said that the new phones will be available in the Americas during Q2 with selected European and Asian markets following afterwards.
