High-end specifications and a tweaked design are guaranteed, but there's little known about software improvements for the Galaxy Note 8.

A report published by SamMobile reveals the focus for the next version of the Samsung Experience is on animations as well as iris and face recognition. The Samsung Experience, which took over for TouchWiz, became the company's custom software overlay for Android with the Galaxy S8 earlier this year. Its completely redesigned from the predecessor, presenting modern and colorful graphics throughout. Samsung's Unpacked event is scheduled for August 23, and Talk Android will be there live in New York City for full coverage throughout the day.
