We’ve covered Runtastic on this site before, but today the developers of the popular fitness-tracking app have released something to track your sleep habits. The app is called Sleep Better and it seems to be a powerful tool for those trying to get the most out of their rest. The user just has to keep their phone under their pillow at night and the app will track how restful your sleep is based on movement. The app also factors in exercise, caffeine intake, and other variable to provide suggestions on how to get a better night’s sleep.

The app is also capable of setting alarms to wake you up at the optimal point in your sleep schedule, and also features a dream journal of sorts. Definitely a promising app, and the added convenience of not needing a fitness band makes it even more appealing. Hit the link below to download the app and get started today.
