The Gear VR just might be the next big thing, but unless consumers can try it out, they will never understand the full potential of the device. That's why Samsung will provide demo units to Best Buy stores for consumers to experience the world of virtual reality themselves.

It's being reported that Best Buy stores in southern California have already received devices. Only one problem though. You can't actually demo it yet. The reason is because the Gear VR is only compatible with the Galaxy Note 4. You will get a chance to demo the VR, but you will have to wait until stores start receiving Galaxy Note 4 units.

Let us know in the comments if any of your local stores have VR units on display.
