YouTube for Android updated with better stream quality selections

YouTube for Android has been updated to version 5.7 bringing you better choices for selecting the stream quality. Before, you could only select HQ or HD, but now you will have your choice of either Auto, 144p, 240p, 360p, or 720p. You might be asking yourself why you would want to change this. It's simple, if you happen to have a poor data connection, you can eliminate buffering by going with a lower setting. Yes, you do sacrifice some quality, but you won't have to deal with constant pauses.

It might take a couple of days for this update to hit your device, but if you are in a hurry, we have the APK download, as well as the traditional Play Store download links after the break.
