While it has been the game of choice for iOS users for a few weeks, Flappy Bird has been under the radar since launching in the Play Store last week. Now, however, the game is gaining steam. It has now racked up more than 1 million downloads and a 4.1 rating based 64,000+ user reviews.

The premise of the game is very simple. Tap the screen to keep your bird flapping as you move in-between pipes that are identical to those of the Super Mario franchise. If you enjoy extremely frustrating mobile games, Flappy Bird is for you.
