Although these are the best pictures to date that we've received of the Moto X, they're certainly not revealing anything groundbreaking to us that we didn't already know about it. (It feels as though we've seen hundreds of photos of the device throughout the past few weeks.) The device will be announced on August 1st and is expected to ship later in the month. To say we're excited would be an understatement.

Apple doesn’t want to take on Google directly. They like to stay on the fringe. I also don’t see it. I really like to look as it gives the appearance of it being curved, I loved that in the Nexus. HTC won’t sue as well it’s not just MOTO it’s Google, but I don’t see the resplendence. The texture looks very good and the white version i just love. This phone all comes down to a few things for me. Battery life (not size), A CPU that will keep up for a few years, and Wireless charging. Everything we already know sounds very good. I don’t need 1080p just a great looking screen. Its under 5 inches for goodness sake. Storage is a huddle for me but I think i’m there on the no SD card. The non removable battery it still think is a mistake but for me it just has to be serviceable. One big side I do need is Dev support. I think this thing will have that. I have a sneaky felling we are going to see this thing at the $350 mark off contract. If that happens and all else falls into place. Then I’ll take 4.
The iPhone 5 sucked so much…The form factor was made for girls and asian folks. And of course it does like 3 things only since apple controls everything you are allowed to do. Anyone who buys an iPhone should feel more like a one year lease. You aren’t allowed to do anything cool or fun with it and you have to get a new one every year or you are kicked out of the iClub…
I’m an asian and I agree iphone5 sucked but your comment is offensive and racial in tone. Its the asians who came up with bigger phones and everywhere except the usa (folks from USA love apple) android is dominating. i currently own an HTC ONE( i owned samsung before). Android phones are a rage in Asia. People prefer them over the iphone. So i dont understand what is iphone’s form factor to do with asian folks. It just shows that you are very racial or you suffer from the illness of generalising things.
I smell an HTC lawsuit coming up… And who knows? Maybe Apple will join the party, too ;)
I don’t see it, it’s no different than other phones out there. It’s not like anything HTC has done. Apple can suck it, they sue everyone anyway, who cares about them ;p
Looks more like the 4S to me, except for the home button.
