sundar_pichai_d11These days, Sundar Pichai is a very important man. He's Google's senior vice president for Android, Chrome, and Google Apps, so he's probably one of the most equipped people to talk about what's going on in Mountainview. Earlier today at the D11 conference, Pichai talked about everything from Google as a company in general to today's news of a stock Android version of HTC One.He explained that he isn't disappointed that third parties like Samsung and Facebook have so much power in reshaping Android, because Google has services like Google Now and Play Music All Access that others simply cannot match.

You can view the entire interview with Walt Mossberg after the break.
