Today brings good news for those in MENA countries. Google is officially rolling out Google Maps with Navigation to those in  Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, Algeria, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, the app requires Android 4.0 and higher, which means a sizable amount of users will be left out.

More often than not, Google launches its portfolio of software and services in limited markets, denying Android fans everywhere what they want need.
