Hamster Inn Gameplay
Accommodating Guests
As you start, your guests are already booking in, and you are not prepared at all! You will need to build a bed to accommodate your guests.
The tutorial will show you how in the beginning, you will need to build a bed using the Furniture Depo. When you have selected it, you will need to tap on Room 1.
There are various options in Hamster Inn to choose from, however, as we are still in the beginning stages, you will only have enough seeds to purchase the cheapest bed. Tap on the bed and tap the 150 seeds icon to complete the transaction.
Tap on the guest to allow them to stay in the room. Once you have given the guest the room service required, your guest will take a nap and you will be paid in seeds once the guest leaves.
After cleaning the mess that your guest has left, you will be able to add more furniture. In this instance, you will purchase a tip box as your first piece of furniture. To collect accumulated tips, tap on the box displayed on the left-hand side of your screen.
Inviting Guests
Your next step is to promote your Hamster Inn. You won't have any additional guests if you skip this step. Tap on the right-hand side corner of your screen at the bottom, where you will see an icon of a hamster. Tap on the icon until you see three new fluffy guests arrive.
Daily Tasks
You can complete tasks by tapping the icon on the top of your screen in the center, you will see your current task and progress. Complete these tasks to earn additional seeds.
Room Service
No one likes to eat the same meal over and over again. These furry guests like a variety. To add new items to the room service menu, tap on the food lid icon located at the top left-hand side of your screen and then tap on the banana.
You will purchase the banana for your menu using seeds. The first item, however, is free. Guests are not just limited to hamsters, additional guests will be available as you level up your food.
Teamwork
You can build a team of helpers to help you manage the Inn. We highly recommend this as managing an Inn alone can become really tough, and having someone to help will only benefit you in Hamster Inn!
Tap on the hamster icon displayed at the bottom left-hand side of your screen, alongside the furniture icon. In the Managers Tab, select your first manager.
Having a Manager boosts certain stats. Check them out below:

| Maid | For a clean room and collection of golden seeds, the maid is the perfect manager to have. |
| Bell Boy | All collected tips will have a permanent bonus when you choose this manager. |
Tips on How to Earn Seeds
Seeds are a very important factor in Hamster Inn. Without them, you cannot progress at all. Below are a few ways you can earn seeds:
Guests
Using the Promotion button on the bottom left-hand side of your screen will ensure you have guests coming to your Inn continuously. If you don't promote, guests will not feel the need to stay over. Once they have ordered room service and perhaps done some exercise, you will earn seeds.
The Café
In order to open the café you will need to reach Reputation level 3 and use 40K seeds to unlock. There are many ways to increase your reputation, namely:
- Buying decorations for your rooms
- Leveling Managers
- Buying new food
There really isn't anything you have to do specifically, except collect coins once the guests have visited the café. You can purchase new delicacies to earn extra seeds.
Fishing Spot
In order to unlock the fishing spot in Hamster Inn, you will have to reach Reputation level 4 and open it with 60K seeds. How does the fishing spot work?
Guests will move to the fishing spot after resting at the Inn, and pay you to take a shot at snagging a big fish. There will be a timer above your guests' heads showing you how much time you have before they catch a fish.
Once they have caught the fish, 3 exclamation marks will be visible above their head. All you have to do is tap on the exclamation speech bubble. Your guest will then catch a fish.
Using the Ad feature is a good way to speed things up a bit. Simply tap on the Play button (▶️) found inside the bubble.
New equipment can be purchased to increase reputation and increase seed value.
Daily Tasks
Another way to earn seeds in Hamster Inn is by completing daily tasks and achievements. As you complete them, you will be rewarded with seeds immediately, and these tasks are simple to complete.
Staff
Staff members will increase your Room Service tips. The only way you can get staff, however, is by using diamonds. Diamonds do accumulate over time, even if it is a long wait. You can earn diamonds by watching ads and purchasing them in the store using real-time currency.
Shop
You can purchase seeds in the shop by using diamonds (not recommended), or you can use real-time currency. You will also have the option of watching an Ad in the store to gain extra seeds.
