After a series of disappointments and set-backs, HTC has announced via Twitter that both the Droid Incredible and Thunderbolt will get their Gingerbread 2.3.4 updates in September.

Droid Incredible and Thunderbolt users have felt a rollercoaster of emotions ranging from joy to discouragement and perhaps compete mental upset over the repeated letdowns from the rumors and inevitable delays for their coveted updates. Could this latest announcement from HTC finally bring the long wait to a close? What do you think? My guess is that we are finally seeing the light at the end of this HTC tunnel.
