Huawei teases the upcoming P9

Huawei just outed a teaser in the form of an image for its upcoming P9 smartphone.

Huawei P9 rumors and leaks have been floating around for quite some time now. One of the most interesting ones indicating a possible dual rear camera setup. Judging from the new teaser image, we can pretty much confirm that the P9 will sport a dual rear camera setup. As you can see, both the letter ‘P’ and number 9 have camera sensors inside them, thus giving it away.

Other rumored specs for the P9 include a 5.2-inch display and a Kirin 950 processor with 3GB of RAM. As for the cameras, the front will sport a 5MP sensor, and one of the rear-facing sensors is expected to be 12MP. The P9 is also expected to house 32GB of internal storage space and a 3,000mAh battery, while at the same time maintaining a slim profile. Google’s Android 6.0 should be pre-loaded.

Pricing should cost you around $500 USD for the 32GB base model. We’ll find out all the details when they’re unveiled at Huawei’s event scheduled for April 6th.
