Sony readying Android 4.4.4 update for Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra, rolling out to Z1 Compact

The latest round of devices to receive Android 4.4.4 include the Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra, and Xperia Z1 Compact. The latter of the trio is already receiving the update to the latest version of Android as it has gone live in Russia, Italy, and Indonesia. The others have received certification to receive the update but there is no expected timetable for when that will happen.
