Benchmarks are useless in my opinion, but their databases aren't because we can find out about devices before they are released. Take for instance, the Samsung SM-G900S, which showed up in GFXBench with a 2K (2560 x 1440) display, a Snapdragon 800 processor, an Adeno 330 GPU and Android 4.4. This very well could be the upcoming Galaxy S 5.

The Snapdragon 800 is a little puzzling, but not surprising since the 805 isn't ready yet. I should note that it's clocked at 2.4GHz so it doesn't appear to be the same as this year's 800.

Now this model number more resembles a Galaxy Round type of device rather than the Galaxy S 5. The Galaxy Round's model number is SM-G910, while the Galaxy S Series usually has the GT-iXXXX variety. So obviously, this could be another Galaxy Round variant or Samsung might be changing their model number scheme for the Galaxy S series. I would suspect the latter since another Galaxy Round seems a little too fast.

This is only the beginning of what will be a ton of leaks so stay tuned.
