Selling Google Glass is still against the terms of service, but it won’t be disabled if you do

When Google Glass was originally released, it was really something for developers, who knew that Google Glass would be far from perfect. At the time, it was in Google's Terms of Service that you could not sell your device, and Google reserved the right to deactivate it if you did.

Google has since changed their statement, saying that it's still against the Terms of Service to sell glass, but they won't deactivate your device if you do.

This is a big change for the device, and means that we will likely see devices popping up for sale around the Internet. It also suggests that Google is getting ready to expand their reach with Glass, and we may see a consumer version of the product being sold in the near future.
