It's been a great day for LG Revolution owners. We heard earlier about a potential update for the Revolution, but Verizon has officially let the cat out of the bag by releasing their change log for the VS910ZV7 software update which includes the long-awaited Gingerbread 2.3. In addition to the standard Gingerbread features, the software update includes Email folders now displaying in the correct order and data now working correctly when toggling in Airplane mode among other things. Now that we have the change log, it should only be a matter of days before the update is officially pushed to Revolution devices. When you do receive the update, do tell us how it's working out for you.

Email & Messaging
- Email folders will now display in the correct order.
- The maximum attachment size is now set correctly, even when the Exchange service is configured with unlimited size attachments.
- Messages can now be stored on the SIM card. View these messages through the Settings menu, “Manage SIM card messages.”
- Correctly set Out of Office without having to set a start or end time.
- The popup message asking to delete accounts when changing the SIM card now displays correctly
Device Features
- The cursor has been reshaped for easier text editing.
- List menu force close issue has been resolved.
- Issues have been fixed involving proper connectivity through the HDMI cable.
- Data now works correctly when toggling in Airplane mode.
