A Live-Action Debut That Made Waves
Japanese broadcaster MBS announced it was producing a live-action adaptation of Tamifull's manga, How Do We Relationship? (Tsukiatte Agete mo Ii ka na), with the series running for eight episodes and premiering on MBS on September 10, 2025. The Team Bringing It to Life
The creative team behind the adaptation included Kana Yamada directing episodes 1, 2, 3, 6, and 8, while Sunhye Hong handled episodes 4, 5, and 7. Scripts for the series were written by Miki Matsugasako, with music composed by Tomohide Harada. Momoko Nishiyama served as intimacy coordinator, ensuring sensitive emotional moments were thoughtfully portrayed, and Yuri Igarashi oversaw LGBTQ supervision to bring authenticity and care to the production.

How Do We Relationship? debuted in Japan's Ura Sunday and Manga ONE magazines in August 2018 and ended in March 2025. Shogakukan published the 14th and final collected volume in April 2025, and Viz Media released the English edition of volume 14 on April 14, 2025.
