Nothing is arguably the youngest smartphone company that has a notable degree of popularity at the moment. Despite having only been around since 2021, the company has stuck around and built a massive fanbase, no thanks to the work of the former OnePlus man, Carl Pei.
This year will be very different for Nothing, as it is the first year that the OEM will release a true flagship phone. The Nothing Phone 3 is expected to compete directly with bigger brands like Google and Samsung, and we know exactly when to expect it. On top of that, OnePlus will introduce a new audio product: the Nothing Headphone 1.
The Nothing Phone 3 Will Be Made Official On July 1st
I prefer devices with more traditional designs, and I also consider myself a power user, and that's why Nothing's portfolio thus far has not interested me in a considerable way. However, with its first flagship coming next month, I have to admit that I'm quite interested in seeing how well it competes in the high-end segment of the smartphone market.
Nothing has confirmed that the Phone 3 will be arriving on July 1st, with its launch event happening in London at 6 PM BST. If you live in any other timezone, that translates to:
- Los Angeles: 10 AM
- New York: 1 PM
- Central Europe: 7 PM
- India: 10:30 PM
That's about a full month away, but I'm sure that Nothing is going to use that time to drum up a lot of hype for the upcoming phone, and in the process, reveal a lot about its spec sheet.
Nothing Will Unveil Its First Set of Over-Ear Headphones: Nothing Headphone 1

For those who might not subscribe to Nothing's smartphones but pay attention to its audio products, there's good news for you. The company has confirmed that it'll be releasing its first pair of over-ear headphones alongside the Nothing Phone 3, and they'll be called the Nothing Headphone 1.
Last month, Nothing announced that it had partnered with KEF, an iconic British audio brand, to develop new audio products, and while none of the products of that collaboration have been released, it wouldn't be ridiculous to assume the Headphone 1 will be the first of the bunch.

We have no word from Nothing about its specs, design, or pricing. However, with a little math, it appears to be around $300. This comes from a comment from Yogesh Brar, a notable tipster, under Nothing's announcement post. His comment points to the Phone 3 and Headphone 1 combo costing $1,100, and considering the Phone 3 will likey cost $800, that could mean a $300 price tag for these headphones.
Here's What the Nothing Phone 3 Could Tote Inside
While nothing is official yet, we have a relatively solid idea of what some aspects of the Nothing Phone 3 spec sheet will look like, and in those regards, the flagship genes are starting to show.
