Get ready to race, fellow tycoons! With the tournament running alongside the main event, “Space Race” will last 24 hours in Monopoly Go. As always, I'm here to provide a list of rewards for every milestone for the current tournament, including the leaderboard prizes.
Monopoly Go – How to Participate
You must collect Spaceship Tokens to participate in the “Space Race” tournament in Monopoly Go. You will accumulate the required points for each milestone by obtaining these tokens when landing on a specific type: Railroad.
By landing on the Railroad tile, you will receive:
- Shutdown – If blocked, you will receive a +2 Spaceship token. If successful, +4 Spaceship token.
- Bank Heist – If small, you will receive +4 Spaceship tokens. If large, +6 Spaceship tokens, and finally, if Bankrupt, you will get +8 Spaceship tokens.
Note that you will obtain more Spaceship Tokens by rolling with a Multiplier, so plan ahead!

“Space Race” is a 1-day tournament event. It will end on January 9th at 6 PM UTC.

Space Race Leaderboard
Competing against other players in Monopoly Go and being part of the leaderboard in the tournament is a sure way of obtaining those sweet, sweet sticker packs for your album collection!
Aside from sticker packs and cash, being part of the Top 25 will reward you with Flower Tokens for the current partner event, “Gardening Partners.” Flower Tokens are used to roll the wheel on your friend's garden to collect more prizes in Monopoly Go!

Space Race Tips
The main event, “Road to Riches,” requires you to land on Utility and Tax tiles, which can be challenging, but once you miss those tiles, you will most likely land on Railroad for “Space Race” or in tiles with Flower Token. In a way, it's a win-win event tandem.
However, if you're specifically targeting the Railroad, increase your multiplier when you are 5-8 paces away from your target, as this boosts your chance of success.
