We don't often cover laptops here at TalkAndroid but once in a while something grabs our interest and demands that we write about it. The laptop in question is the ThinkBook Plus from Lenovo that sports a bit 17-inch main display as well as a second screen that is built-in to the keyboard that will allow you to draw images (or doodle) as well as take handwritten notes.

As you might have guessed, the leaked image comes courtesy of Evan Blass, and it reveals the presence of the secondary display to the right of the ThinkBook Plus's keyboard in lieu of where the number pad would have been. A stylus is also shown in the image which seems to point, rather obviously, that the secondary display will act as a built-in graphic pad of some sort.

In terms of hardware, there are no details to share but you would think that the ThinkBook Plus would feature the latest Intel or AMD flagship chipset, at least 16GB of RAM, and possibly a dedicated GPU of some sort to help drive the secondary display.

At first glance, it looks like a great innovation on Lenovo's part, and surely one that graphic designers and other creative users will appreciate. So long as they are right-handed of course, seeing as the placement of the secondary display isn't exactly friendly to left-handed users. What do you think of Lenovo's ThinkBook Plus?
