With just a bit over two weeks to go until Samsung officially takes the wraps off the Galaxy Note9, rumors and leaks should definitely be on the uptick. Earlier we reported on a new charger Samsung is set to release that will simultaneously charge the Galaxy Note9 and the forthcoming Galaxy Watch. Roland Quandt is not resting over on Twitter though as he has now discovered some information about the memory configurations Samsung plans to make available for the Galaxy Note9 and how pricing will pan out.
According to Quandt, the base model Galaxy Note9 will come with 128GB of storage on board. That compares with last year's Note 8 starting at 64GB of storage. At the other end of the spectrum, for buyers who want more onboard storage, they can jump up to a whopping 512GB.
Quandt also had some pricing for these two versions. For the “base” model with 128GB of storage, the Galaxy Note9 will be available in Black, Blue or Purple colors and will carry a price tag around 1,050 Euro ($1,228 USD). The 512GB version drops the Purple option for color choices and the price gets bumped up to about 1,250 Euro ($1,462 USD).
Samsung's Unpacked Event is scheduled for August 9th when the Galaxy Note9 will be announced. It is increasingly looking like the Galaxy Watch may also make an appearance at the event.
