There may not have ever been a September quite like the one we will see next month. Everyone including Motorola, ASUS, LG, Samsung, Lenovo, and T-Mobile all have something to offer in September. And let us not forget that Apple will be making some noise as well. One name that has been absent is HTC, but it looks like they are bound to join the September fun. According to @upleaks, HTC will have both a smartwatch and a fitness tracker arriving soon.

The tweets providing the information are a little confusing, though. So, like any rumor or leak, take this one with a grain of salt. The source first claimed that the smartwatch, called HTC CWZ, will be heading to “North America/EMEA/Japan/Brazil/Korea and Taiwan.” The next tweet contains information regarding a smartwatch, called HTC WWY, with specifications including a 1.8-inch display with what seems to be “32*160” resolution, a 100mAh battery, and IP57 certification. The third and final tweet then notes that the HTC WWY could be a fitness tracker much like Samsung's Gear Fit.

What exactly is the smartwatch and what exactly is the fitness tracker is still up in the air, but at least we should be expecting something in September from just about everyone in the mobile industry.
