Did you place your order yesterday with Amazon after learning Chromecast devices were available for delivery to locations outside the U.S.? If you hesitated, you may have missed out on a window of opportunity as Amazon has stopped accepting international Chromecast orders. It is unclear what the status of existing orders may be. Some orders have already shipped, so it is unlikely those can be stopped, but if the order was still being processed by Amazon the company could put a stop to it, though hopefully not for those lucky buyers.

Consumers outside the U.S. interested in a Chromecast will now have to go back to waiting for Google Play to make the device available in their country or find one through a site like eBay.
