Redbox Instant now working on rooted devices

Redbox Instant was quietly updated with a very important feature if you are rooted. You can now stream to your heart's content, even if you're rooted. This update brings it to version 1.2 and among the usual bug fixes, the changelog states, “We changed the way we handle rooted devices”.  So if you're rooted and have been wanting to try Redbox, now is your chance.   1. Thank god. Everyone is so used to jailbreaking on ios being taboo and rooting doesn’t even have anything to do with piracy. Android users should never be punished for being part of an open and awesome culture. If Square Enix can learn, ANYONE can! Yay!
