Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini 2 Benchmarked Running Gingerbread

Looks like we have a successor to the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini or Mini Pro which based on these benchmark tests, is running Gingerbread rather than Froyo. We’ve been hearing reports of Gingerbread helping Android devices run even smoother than Android 2.2 updates, and this is good proof, not to mention the hardware specs on this new device are pretty good as well. The currently unnamed Xperia should come with a 3inch multi-touch display, 1 GHz Processor and the Adreno 205 GPU.

The images here have been leaked by someone on IT168, and show the Xperia successor running some impressive benchmark stats in the Quadrant and Neocore apps. Neocore gives it 42.5fps graphic performance and Qaudrant ates it 1,533 putting it on the top over the Nexus One and Droid X. Not Bad, not bad at all.
