Hulu has long been providing free content on the desktop since it started, but you would need an $8/month subscription to Hulu Plus in order to stream the same content on mobile. As of an update today, however, the same free content that is available on the desktop will be available to Android users.

The streaming service mentioned that there will be a few exceptions, but did not go into specifics. You will still have the option to upgrade to Hulu Plus to get more shows from each season. With updates coming for the IOS app, Hulu may be spreading the free content love to everyone in the near future.

What do you think about Hulu's new update? Are you going to test out Hulu's services on your device? Leave a comment below and share what you think!
