As one who has been in the market for quite some time now for a smartwatch, I'm highly anticipating a slew of devices to come out of CES before I make my choice. The Galaxy Gear has great aesthetics but is extremely over priced for the amount of battery life you get. The Qualcomm Toq is certainly on my radar and then there's the steadily popular Pebble smartwatch that continues to gain ground rapidly in the wearables department. Well, in steps E-Fun with their contribution to CES and the smartwatch arena, introducing the NextOne Smartwatch.

The NextOne smartwatch offers a budget friendly ($99) device with a 1.5-inch display and features such as pairing with your Android smartphone and showing notifications, emails, weather, alerts and even the ability to answer or reject incoming calls from your smartphone. In addition, you can install a number of third party apps that will be available on the Google Play Store and will sport Android's Jelly Bean 4.1. The watch will support Bluetooth 3.0 and give you about two days of power on a single charge. The device also implements a cool remote feature that will search for your phone if you lose it and trigger the camera shutter button for pics. Furthermore, functionality for controlling music playback is also present. Not bad for $99 bucks eh? Expect the NextOne to be available some time in Q1 of this year. Stay tuned as more cool gadgets surface by following our coverage of CES 2014 here and don't forget to leave a comment or two on what your favorite device is from the show floor.
