Galaxy SIII Mini

Yep, you read that right. AT&T will soon offer the Galaxy S III Mini, not the Galaxy S 4 Mini, by the end of the month. It's kind of a strange move, but the asking price is just $.99, so it's definitely going to be a popular option for budget-conscious consumers. Of course, with a budget price you're going to get budget specs, as the S III Mini is sporting the same specs it did when it was announced last November. You'll get a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera, and a decent 4 inch AMOLED screen.

If you're interested, you can preorder the device on the 19th, and it will be available for purchase on September 27th.
