If this pace keeps up, Galaxy S IV rumors are going to steal all the hype from Mobile World Congress before it even starts. Okay, maybe not, but the rumors are definitely distracting. The latest today comes from SamMobile, who claims to have confirmation from an inside source that Samsung will be announcing the Galaxy S IV on March 15th, which gives them just enough time after MWC to send out some invitations and keep the spotlight on their new flagship. After the announcement, the phone will be released at the start of April, which is a little earlier than the mid-April dates we’ve been seeing.
Like always, European and Asian countries get their hands on the S IV first, while American, Canadian, and Australian carriers will sell the S IV later in May or June. There’s also the standard assortment of accessories Samsung offers with their devices that are slated for a week 15 release in the year, which fits nicely with that early April release. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Hopefully you guys are more patient than I am.
