Samsung rumored to soon begin production of 5-inch AMOLED HD Displays

It appears that Sammy finally is ready to get the ball rolling for its newest displays for its smartphones. According to some unidentified sources courtesy of DDaily, Samsung is all set and will begin mass production of its next-generation 5-inch AMOLED HD display that was seen at CES earlier this year. Production is set to begin from the end of this month and the panels are set to reach Sammy's Display division by sometime in March. While Sammy hasn't come out and said anything overtly, the new display is expect to be featured on flagship devices such as the upcoming Galaxy S IV flagship— which is expected to be announced sometime within the next few months.
