HTC Vivid Catching Some Heat Having The Same Name As An Adult Film Company 3

How about some silly news for the day? The Adult Film company Vivid Entertainment seems to think people are going to confuse the HTC Vivid with their company brand. Color me ignorant if you will, but I can't fathom anyone thinking an HTC smartphone has anything to do with a porn company. Nonsense or not, Vivid Entertainment has demanded HTC change the name of their device. HTC has responded:

“We are reviewing the complaint and don't expect to have any further comment until it is resolved.”

While Vivid Entertainment has launched a Google TV channel, there is a SMALL possibility someone somewhere might link the two, but I think this nonsense. Stay tuned to see how this shakes down and share your thought in the comments.
