In case you didn't know, we unboxed the AT&T Samsung Captivate on the 13th. Now that we've had a little time with it, we'll start talking and showing you about more of it's features. What we'd like to show you now is some video footage shot from the camera on the Captivate:

The next question on everyone's mine is undoubtedly the 5MP camera. As you may or may not know, the Captivate does NOT have a flash. This is pretty surprising considering other versions of the Galaxy S will ship with one. That being said, shooting outside will be a good idea as indoors, with low light, is not a good idea, as you will see: (click the picture for the full size image)

So those are the outside pictures. Now let's get to the inside ones:

You can see, even with a lot of light, the camera really fails to impress. But wait until you see the low-light images:

  1. Hate to sound like one of those iphone fanboys, but the iphone 4 camera does blow this out of the water. Video may be a different story.
