Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro launch is almost imminent, and we are technically just about more than a week away from it. But, ahead of this official unveiled, even images and key specs have surfaced online, perhaps in a bid to create more hype for the soon-to-be-released product.

The ‘Real’ Design Confirmed

According to information shared on Honor's Chinese website, a good portion of the leaked information about the Honor 200 Pro has been proven somewhat accurate. The rear camera island, the pill-shaped notch on its display, and probably even some of the four confirmed color options on its product page.

In addition to this, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station specified further that the Honor 200 series in general will use an OV50H sensor with an f/1.9 aperture for its 50MP main camera. This is apart from its telephoto camera with 50x digital zoom. Lastly, the detail also mentioned the Honor 200 Pro with a 5,200 mAh battery, and 100W charging support.

Did it Match the Leaks?

About a week ago prior to this, alleged design renders of the Honor 200 Pro (shared by X user MyplaceMyworld) showcased the device in at least three color variants: blue, green, and white. However, only two of them seem to match Digital Chat Station’s post.

The overall design seems to be somewhat consistent, thankfully. The leaks featured more of a dual-tone finish, with half glass and half vegan leather feel similar to the older Honor 100 Pro. Even if the actual images are more subdued in tone, the comparison is still similar enough. The includes the camera module as well, with the 50MP primary rear camera with f/1.9-2.4 aperture even eventually confirmed.

GizmoChina previously reported that the Honor 200 Pro is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and feature a quad-curved 1.5K OLED display with dual front-facing cameras. The base Honor 200 model is likely to share similar specifications but may come with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC instead. This is more or less typically expected for a 2024 flagship, so no surprises here if it turns out to be accurate.

As mentioned, the Honor 200 Pro is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, while the Honor 200 should feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. Then both will have a so-called “quad-curved” 1.5K OLED display, with yet-to-be-specified technical details.  Specifically, the aforementioned 50MP primary rear camera with an OV50H sensor, f/1.9-2.4 aperture with 50x digital zoom. Oh, and don’t forget the recently leaked 5200 mAh battery and 100W charging support as well.
