Honor is known for giving its mid-range handsets a ton of premium features at a reasonable price and the new Honor 90 follows that tradition. Packing in Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset (the Accelerated Edition), a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, a 200MP main camera and a price starting from £449 (~$575), the Honor 90 is now on sale in Europe and the UK.
Besides being powered by last year's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, the Honor 90 comes in 8/256GB and 12/512GB configurations. The quad-curved 6.67-inch AMOLED panel sports FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate, and is certified by TUV Rheinland as ‘flicker-free).
That massive 200MP main camera is accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide lens which also takes care of macro images, and there's a 2MP depth sensor making up the numbers. On the front you'll find a big 50MP selfie camera. An AI Vlog Assistant is present, allowing users to generate a social media-ready video with just a few taps.
Running Honor's MagicOS 7.1 software which is based on Android 13, features such as Magic Text which recognises test on an image and lets users copy the text is also present.
A 5,000mAh battery keeps the lights on and when it does run flat, the 66W SuperCharger can charge it to 45% in just 15 minutes.

Speaking of tablets, the launch event also saw the Honor Pad X9 being unveiled with an 11.5-inch 2K (2000 x 1200) FullView display with 120Hz refresh rate and powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 685 4G processor. There's 4GB of RAM, 128GB of built-in storage, and a big 7,250mAh battery. There's a 5MP camera on the front and rear of the tablet which runs MagicOS 7.1 (Android 13) out of the box. Sound is provided by six speakers and the tablet itself weight's in at 499g and is just 6.9mm thick.
