Following on from its well-received Zenfone 9, Asus has confirmed the date on which it will announce the Zenfone 10 and also teased an image of the phone's front design. The announcement was light on hardware specifics but seeing as Asus is using the ‘Compact' branding on its website we can assume that the Zenfone 10 will once again be more pocketable than other flagship smartphones.
June 29th is the date of the Zenfone 10 launch which is being held around a month earlier than its predecessor. The launch event will held in Taiwan at 9 PM local time which translates to 9 AM ET and 3 PM CET, and you can catch the livestream coverage via Asus's official YouTube channel which we've embedded above.
The image of the phone's front panel shows us that there's a punch-hole cutout on the top left of the display although it's impossible to tell if the phone maintains the 5.9-inch size of the Zenfone 9 or if it is, as a previous rumor states, a tad larger.
Going by it's predecessor, it's likely that the Zenfone 10 will be powered by Qualcomm's excellent Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Hopefully it's packing a much improved rear camera setup and perhaps a small increase in battery capacity. What would you like to see from the Zenfone 10?
