Facebook’s Dark Mode rolling out now

Here's some good news during the current Coronavirus-driven global pandemic: Facebook is finally rolling out its Dark Mode user interface for users across the globe.

To start out, this is going to be for the desktop only. If you get the update (being pushed out server-side), you'll get a prompt asking you if you'd like to “try the new Facebook.” That said, if you don't see it right away, it's likely still rolling out to you.

Once you accept, you can essentially flip the switch between Light or Dark Mode in Settings.

Ultimately, this is going to make Facebook much easier on the eyes. As for a mobile rollout, there's no word on that just yet.
