You might be missing some social interaction if you're stuck inside, waiting out the current spread of COVID-19. But you don't have to be completely alone, and I'm not talking about spamming memes in your Discord server, either.

Netflix Party Chrome extension
This extension is pretty simple. You get it installed in your Chrome setup, start watching Netflix, and share a link via the extension to your friends. That link syncs the show between you and however many friends, and even gives you a small chat window to talk about the show or whatever else while you virtually hang out with your friends.
It's a Chrome extension, so you won't be able to do this on your Xbox or anything. That might be a drawback for some people, but I'm thinking the point of this is more for the social interaction and less for trying to get the highest quality video content on your screen.
