The Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL have been making the rounds in and out of the rumor mill lately, but we still aren't really sure when Google will make them official so we can, you know, actually buy them.
We still have a couple weeks, but now it looks like those announcements will come during the annual Google I/O keynote this year.
The Google Store has been updated with a teaser line “on May 7th, something big is coming to the Pixel universe.” That's pretty clearly an Avengers nod, and we're already seeing some Marvel character tie-ins into Google's Playmoji platform, but we're also really hoping that means the Pixel 3a is finally making a debut. Thats's obviously bigger than a couple of new AR stickers, right?
Either way, we're only a few weeks away from the event. Keep your eyes peeled for more rumors.
