Following up on our recent article about the OnePlus 5T launch, the company has now confirmed that its next phone will launch in Brooklyn, NY on November 16th at 11am ET, with availability starting on November 21st at 9am ET. The successor to the OnePlus 5 is expected to cost around $599 (4,000 yuan) per OnePlus CEO Pete Lau, who recently answered a pricing question from a Weibo user. He confirmed that 4,000 yuan was “enough.”

Fans will also have a chance to watch the event in person, with ticket sales starting on November 8th at 12pm ET. Those interested can also watch live via the OnePlus event page. In addition, OnePlus is holding a contest to win a trip to New York for the event. Three winners will be chosen and each can bring a guest. You can enter to win until 10am ET on November 8th. Winners will have to clear their calendars from November 15 – 17, but I doubt that'll be a problem for true OnePlus fans.
