We're due to see a refresh of Samsung's Galaxy A series pretty soon here, and now, Samsung Malaysia on Facebook is teasing that the new phones will feature water resistance.

Details are sparse beyond that. We don't know what type of water resistance we'll be seeing nor when the smartphones will launch. But, here's the teaser image provided:

What we do know is that Samsung teased its refresh for the 2016 Galaxy A series around the same time in 2015, even going as far as having the phones available in China already. That doesn't seem to be the case this year, as it appears that Samsung will be waiting until CES 2017 to debut the new phones.

With that said, you can expect to probably see the phones in early 2017. With CES 2017 only a week away, we won't be waiting too long either.
