Customer service was long done by phone before the web took over and live chats became the go-to. But, in recent years, companies have shifted to using Twitter as the quickest way to assist customers. Twitter offers real-time support that can be done from anywhere with any device. So users of Android Auto will be happy to find out that Google will provide support for its connected car platform on Twitter. Just tweet the official Twitter account for Android with #androidautohelp and someone from Google will connect with you as soon as possible.

Google's Android Auto support on Twitter is active from 8AM – 5PM PT during the week.
