GalaxyS5TeasedUIEven though Samsung promises to tone down future versions of its skinned versions of Android in order to promote Google's services, Samsung is still pushing forward with its own UI.

This morning Samsung Mobile tweeted out a teaser image for its Unpacked 5 event on February 24. What we see is the possibility of new icons coming to Touchwiz. Besides S Health, the Life icon might suggest that the Life Times app leaked a few weeks ago will be debuted in Barcelona. While we doubt that Samsung is pushing its own social network at the event, it can be assumed that social aspects will be more robust and present throughout the new UI. Given the amount of sensors in the Galaxy S 4 outdoors could correlate with similar sensors on top of location tools. On top of that, it looks like the Korean company is pushing speed, fun, search, style and privacy as well.

Of course we can speculate all we want, but we won't know just what exactly all of this means for about another two weeks. The event starts at 20:00 (8 p.m.) Central European Time or 2 p.m. Eastern.
