With rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S5 getting more and more frequent, we keep seeing a number of different variants of the device pop up. This time it seems that two variants, the SM-G900H and the SM-G900R4, have shown up in AnTuTu's database, and it seems like the specifications of the devices are very different.

In fact the specs are completely different, and the only thing that is the same is the camera sensors. This could be evidence to prove what an analyst said a couple days ago – that there will in fact be two main models of the Galaxy S5, similar to what Apple are doing with the iPhone 5S and 5C.

It is important to remember that benchmarks can often be manipulated and changed, so take this news with a pinch of salt. Another thing to remember is that even if these results are accurate, they will be accurate to early test models of the devices, and not necessarily more recent prototypes.

According to the benchmarks performed on the premium version of the device, or the SM-G900R4, it will have a quad core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 800, an Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and a QHD (2560×1400) display. It will also feature a 16 MP rear facing camera, and a 2.1 MP front facing camera. It scored 31,843 on the benchmark test, which is a little lower than the Galaxy Note 3, but that would be due to the display taking up a lot of power, as well as the fact that the device has an Adreno 330 GPU.

The other version of the device, the SM-G900H will apparently feature an octa-core Samsung Exynos 5422 with a clock speed of 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a full HD (1920 x 1080) display, and the same camera specs as the premium version. It came in with a score of 35,445, beating the Galaxy Note 3 by 1,203 points and the premium model by 3,602 points.
