LG may be ignoring Android 4.3 and updating their devices directly to Android 4.4 KitKat. Information sent to Phone Arena shows the Optimus F3, Optimus F6, G Pad 8.3 (upcoming Verizon model too), G Pro Lite, Optimus F7, LG D315 (unannounced), LG LS740 (unannounced), Optimus L9 II, Optimus Vu II, Vu III, and G Flex all getting the bump to the latest version of Android.

If LG does indeed update all of these devices to KitKat, it would be quite impressive as LG does not have a proven track record in timely updates.

    1. LG has said it is indeed getting Android 4.4 KitKat. The device’s above were not a lock for the update. Some regions, like Korea, have already gotten the G2’s KitKat update. Others are slated for the end of the quarter.
